The sun is out, the flowers are blooming, and just as we’re looking ahead to more bright and sunny days in the coming months, we’re also looking ahead to what is shaping up to be a very successful year for all of us here at Eden James Consulting.
In January of this year, we welcomed James Campbell-Clause to the team, our new Company Director, who brings with him extensive experience in Technology recruitment. We’ve started to expand our recruitment horizons for the first time in our history, exploring new areas as a result of James’ appointment, such as Information & Cyber Security, Cloud & DevOps, and IT Infrastructure. And after months of hard work and dedication, we’re now delighted to launch our new company website!
As part of our re-brand for Eden James Consulting, our new website will help to give people a clear and detailed idea of how we can help clients and candidates at all levels within the (Re)Insurance and Financial Services industries.
As well as showcasing the various tailored recruitment strategies we offer to clients, and detailing our unique & self-developed eleven step psychological recruitment methodology, The Eden Ladder, the new website also includes a comprehensive look at the many different types of roles Eden James Consulting recruits for. It breaks down all of the areas that we specialise in, from Information & Cyber Security to Software Engineering and Underwriting, and clarifies the unique approach that we take to recruitment at all stages of the process, an approach which separates us from our competitors.
The website, and the re-brand as a whole, are important milestones for us as a company. And as was the case with the re-brand of our sister organisation – Claims Recruitment Services – we know that this process will allow us to continue successfully building Eden James Consulting into one of the premier names in (Re)Insurance & Financial Services recruitment.
It’s also a particularly momentous time for us to be launching our new website, given that 2025 is the company’s 10 year anniversary!
We’ve worked very hard over the years to establish Eden James Consulting as the trusted and well-respected organisation that we are, and we’re excited to continue building on that reputation through the use of our new website and branding in the years to come.
