Last month we said goodbye to our Operations Manager Joe Winchcombe, who has been an invaluable member of the team for almost a decade. He is off travelling to the US, and then on to new adventures, and we wish him the best of luck for all of his future endeavours.
CRS / EJC would like to welcome a new member of the team. Beth Evans will be taking on the role of Operations and Administration Coordinator. Her role, much like Joe’s, will include helping the rest of the team to do their jobs as efficiently as possible, and ensuring that the office continues to run smoothly at all times.
Beth has this to say about her new position:
“I am thrilled to join the team at CRS / EJC, and to have been welcomed so warmly by all members of staff. With a previous employment history of Performing Arts and Health and Social Care, Recruitment / Operations has been an exciting new venture, and one which I am already thoroughly enjoying. I particularly value the personable approach each team member has with their Candidates / Clients, the niche recruitment speciality CRS and EJC offers, and the support colleagues give to one another. I look forward to expanding my knowledge within the industry, and helping the company grow from strength to strength.
Aside from CRS / EJC, I teach Performing Arts at Stagecoach Theatre Arts School at the weekend and even perform myself from time to time. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, (especially my little boy), reading, and going to the theatre.
I would like to thank Miles, Jamie and the rest of the team for the opportunity to work at such a fantastic company. I am aware that I have big shoes to fill, but I am enthusiastic about embracing the responsibility ahead, and driven by a passion to grow and challenge myself every day.”
