As of 1st of January 2025 Miles Eden is stepping down as Managing Director with Director, Jamie Thomson stepping up into Miles’ vacated MD position. Miles continues as Founder of Claims Recruitment Services & Eden James Consulting and will still play a pivotal role in the overall operation & strategy of the business with Jamie now at the helm of the day-to-day operations & strategy.
Jamie had this to say about his promotion:
“To be promoted to Managing Director after just 12 short years with the business I am immensely proud and humbled to be given the opportunity to lead us into its next chapter. Given both brands are now fully under way in the next stages of their growth, with new rebrands, websites, hires and launches in 2024 and early 2025 it feels fantastic and truly humbling to be given such recognition and honour by Miles and the whole team here. I hope that I can push our business to new heights over the coming years and continue the overwhelming success we’ve enjoyed over the last decade or so. With James Campbell-Clause joining as Director in 2025 of Eden James Consulting to grow our non-claims offering in the insurance technology space, it feels like we are where we need to be as a team and platform to take more calculated risks and grow. I’d like to thank Miles for the training, time, friendship, trust and compassion over the last 12 years and I hope to do you proud after taking over the reins.
