In 2023, we celebrated our 10 year anniversary as a company. And what a 10 years it’s been! From humble beginnings, when it was just Miles and Jamie sharing a tiny little office, to the incredibly successful insurance recruitment business that we are today, it’s safe to say that we’ve been through a lot in that time.
Since Claims Recruitment Services started back in 2013, that tiny office has been replaced by a bigger, brighter one, and the business has organically grown into the team of highly knowledgeable experts that we have today, but our client / candidate base has always continued to grow, whilst our expertise, skillset and reputation in the market has gone from strength to strength. We’ve worked with a variety of clients on roles in the UK and abroad, in locations as diverse as Glasgow, Copenhagen and Bermuda, and on jobs that range from entry level Underwriting Assistants up to Claims Directors. As a result of all of that, we’re now proudly recognised as one of the leading recruitment agencies in the insurance market, and are the only claims specific recruitment consultancy in the UK.
All those years of hard work, determination and achievement deserved a truly special celebration, and last month, we celebrated our anniversary in style with a fantastic day out at the Qatar Goodwood Festival, where we were joined by many of the clients and friends that have helped us to reach this momentous milestone. It was a wonderful day out, even if a lot of those betting tips turned out to be duds!
Our tenth year has seen us continuing to build on our success and continuing to grow our strong reputation in the market, a big part of which has been our company re-brand. Alongside the re-design of our company logo and our website, we’ve also worked hard to develop and refine ‘The Eden Ladder’, our unique and highly focused 11-step psychological recruitment methodology.
Nobody knows what the next 10 years will hold. But it’s safe to say that the future looks very bright for CRS.
