We provide as accurate information as we can through discussions within the company, comparisons with recent vacancies we have worked on, and expert knowledge in the market.
We have seen different surveys provided by other companies which we believe is outdated and undervalues Claims Professionals in the market and doesn’t accurately reflect their true worth.
We have spoken with Hiring Managers who are unsure whether they are paying a fair wage to their employees.
We have real discussions with Claims Professionals who we believe are undervalued for what they do.
We wanted to change this.
Starting from this year, we have anonymously recorded the salaries of Claims Professionals, salaries they are looking for, and the salaries that they get.
We also record the class of business they are in, what level they are currently, and what they will be.
What this means is that we will have a recent and accurate data set that will provide real and current data on the London Claims Market, allowing Claims Professionals to be paid fairly.
We will then create a report for people to view in the first quarter of next year.
But we would like your help.
The more data we have, the more accurate our report will be.
